Some roles have the ability to send emails to users with assigned roles in the Doc Express service. For example, you can send an email to users who have been marked as associates or users who have been marked as reviewers.
The Doc Express service does not save copies of the email. You will receive an email only if you are part of the user role selected.

Select Email Users in the Sidebar menu. If you don't see this option, you don't have a role that has this ability.

Select the check boxes for the user groups to which you want to send the email. You must select at least one.

Enter the subject and email content of your email.

When you are finished, click Send.
The Doc Express service sends the email to the select user groups and returns to the Contracts page.
