Export contract

You can export a contract into a zip file.

  1. With the contract open, select Export from the Actions menu.

The Doc Express service exports the contract. When the export process is finished, you will receive an email with a link to download a zip file of the exported contract. The zip file contains the drawers in the contract and the documents contained in each drawer.

Export log

You can export the information about all the documents in a drawer into a spreadsheet so you can have a log of documents. This includes the documents’ statuses and when they were completed.

  1. Select the drawer to export from the Contract page.

  2. Select Export Log from the Actions menu.

  3. Open or save the file.
